VENDOR BOOTH INFORMATION

Guidelines

We are accepting registration for vendors to sell products & services during the Honoring Unsung Fathers (H.U.F.) Awards & Scholarship Brunch. Space is limited. Registration Fee required.

  • Only a select few will be invited to present and sell your product.
  • Product Must be of good quality for our guests to purchase as a gift.

Vendors submitting and signing this form agree to adhere to ALL rules required by Mablean Ephriam Foundation and the hotel. Vendors must enter and exit as directed by hotel.

Vendors must be set up by 1:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Vendors must break down at the time indicated by Mablean Ephriam Foundation and the hotel. Vendors will be advised of the breakdown time prior to June 16, 2024. Brunch ticket are for access to meal only. Each person must have a ticket to get a meal. Seats will be designated for Vendors in the banquet room if seats are available after reservations deadline. Otherwise, Vendors will eat at their table. Mablean Ephriam Foundation rep will advise at check in.
